Please note The Closet will happily offer a refund or exchange for items you wish to return or exchange (excluding sale). Exchange may not always be possible due to availability. In the case of faulty products we will gladly refund the method of payment used. To ensure you have the best shopping experience we have put together a flexible returns policy to allow you peace of mind.
Returns are processed with 5-7 business days of receiving your items. If you wish to exchange items please include details on the RETURNS FORM. We offer returns on full priced items only NOT on sale items. Returns must be RECEIVED back within 14 days of the customer receiving their items. Returns MUST be in their original condition, therefore unworn, unwashed and with their tags still attached.
Items which are not received in their original condition as defined above will by us will not be refunded, so please take due care when trying on your order.
In particular, take care not to get makeup/deodorant or perfume on the garment.
In the rare event that a return is rejected, the decision is final & non negotiable.

Returning a full price item
We offer returns on full price items that are returned within 14 days of the customer receiving the item. This means that we will refund the original payment method for the full value of the item less postage paid. If you choose to exchange your item within 7 days we will ship your replacement free of charge, if after 7 days, the usual postage costs will stand.
